Photos: Spirit of America Rally! Fake News?
Shawn Herzog (below) helped to organize a pro-Trump rally on President's Day a week ago in Red Bank, SC. On Monday, he joined about 100 fellow Trump supporters as a speaker at the statehouse in Columbia, SC "To show him the appreciation and love for what he [has been] doing over the last 30 days," he says. Herzog served 23 years in the United States Army and voted for the New York businessman and reality television star because of his positions on borders and national security. But mainly he says, because he was a republican. Monica Schmitz was with Herzog last week in Red Bank and they both share common thoughts regarding national unity, "My biggest concern is getting us as a country back together. Everybody helping each other, doing what we can for our next door neighbors," she says.
"There is too much hatred, division, and everything else going on around the nation right now and we're trying to build the nation back together," says Herzog.
Before parting ways Herzog (above, center) and Schmidtz (above, left) spoke with me about one of the president's favorite punching bags, the media and how to define fake news. The Spirit of America Rally in Columbia was one of many held nationwide today in support of the president.

My sign was cut off at the top by the photographer. Not sure it was done on purpose as censorship or something, but probably just to highlight the MILO part. I have no problem with it, unless it was meant to bring wrath on conservatives for supporting MILO. But I do want the observers of this to have a chance to read all that I had to say.
"Trump is truth and Truth is not hatred" was the missing top part of my sign.
MILO is not the pedo villain that the press rushed to say about him,. He was a victim himself, had publicly shamed the idea of pedophilia, and has been engaged in efforts to bring pedophiles to justice.
Isn't it funny that the press covered very little, if any, of how the Trump administration has captured and stopped over 1500 human traffickers (pedo racket industry) and done so in only a little over a month, compared to Obama's 400-something in all of last year! But as soon as MILO is on the verge of becoming a household name that would be hard for people not to agree with him, ( just ask the Berkeley rioters and free speech haters), suddenly the press rushes to cover and demonize MILO despite his apology, his manning up about it, and that the tape was obviously edited to hide the good things he said in it.
