Like Bourbon St. on steroids, revelers flocked to the Rosewood neighborhood this morning for the annual Mardi Gras parade in Columbia, SC. Queen Kassy Alia and King Bentz Kirby were honored in the procession, led by Tom Hall, who throttled a whistle and banged on a tractor pulling a boat. Bakari Sellers served as grand marshal.
