About twenty minutes before kickoff, the pedestrian crowd outside of Williams Brice Stadium surges to a river of rowdy fans. Little legs and a vertically challenged line of sight make navigation through the crowd for the youngest of Gamecock fans dangerously impossible. But luckily, those little fans are typically accompanied by a big person with strong shoulders, an aversion to missing kickoff, and the responsibility not to lose a human among a sea of 80,000 fanatics. In the end, they receive a trip into Williams Brice Stadium on gameday that no money can buy and time will always remove.
