Austin McNulty, representing the class of 2016 from Mauldin High, celebrates a victory in Rock, Paper, Scissor Friday morning on Blanding St. in Columbia, SC. The Palmetto Girls State and Boys State celebrated the inauguration of State Constitutional Officers with a parade on Main St. that culminated with a ceremony on the steps of the state house. 6/12/15
