Shane Anderson works on a tattoo of Ace Freely Thursday afternoon at Animated Tattoo in the Vista in Columbia, SC. His client has backstage passes to Kiss in the near future and is excited about showing the piece to the legendary guitarist. A tattoo parlor is planned near the Carolina Coliseum and Darla Moore School of Business and there are some questions regarding it's legal proximity to the school. 10/9/14
