I've heard people talk about unicorns dropping out of the sky and then pooping rainbows. You might say those people are crazy but they are onto something. At the heart of the matter is the most basic concept in photography: You can't photograph anything at all without your camera.

And so my life mission and the purpose of this blog ensues: To be ready with camera in hand to capture some outstanding images of these magnificent creatures when they break through the clouds pooing out the light spectrum. There may even be pots of gold, leprechauns or maybe just crackheads hanging out in a park. During this mission I will surely encounter many other interesting scenarios and I invite you on my adventure.
December 31, 2011 - Columbia, South Carolina
On my way to work at the bar on New Year's Eve, I came across this gentleman on the SC Statehouse grounds at the corner of Gervais and Assembly streets. As he loudly praised his god from the bluff overlooking the Vista he poured out some of his Lipton green tea bringing his beverage back to one with the earth.
