Soda City Begins Snow Freakout

There's been a buzz of excitement during the last 24 hours concerning the possible accumulation of snow in the capital of South Carolina. Schools are closed, grocery store shelves are bare and like many out there I'm getting ready to enjoy the odd weather in the Soda City and the strange dynamic that happens to a city in the south when it snows. For those who can't wait to see some snow in Columbia, SC here are some images from when we got a few inches of the white stuff in February of 2010.

Not having a sled or actual snow does not prohibit sledding in the South.
