It's that time of year again and humans are starting to explore the banks of the South Carolina midlands river system again. Earlier in the week I headed down to one of my favorite spots on the West Columbia riverwalk and like most people I was impressed that someone had left a wooden chair atop the "fish monster rock" in the rapids. The water was high that afternoon and one had to get their feet wet to reach the throne but it wasn't stopping this dude armed with aqua slippers and adventure staff.
