Kicking off the Memorial Day weekend on Friday night in West Columbia, it seemed there was little more personality rearing it's head in the neighborhood. Mark Plessinger brought the second installment of the Shamelessly Hot Salon Series to his newly relocated Frame of Mind home on State Street - and New Brookland continued to bring the noise with a triumphant return of Savannah's monsters of swamp metal - Black Tusk.
