South Carolina FloodingSouth Carolina FloodingANDREWS, SC: OCTOBER 9 - Davey Morris stands in front of his next door neighbors' house in Andrews, South Carolina. The state of South Carolina experienced record rainfall amounts over the weekend but floodwaters continue to affect communities as they move out to sea. (Photo by Sean Rayford/Getty Images)

In Andrews, South Carolina on October 9, 2015 Davey Morris showed me around his neighborhood where floodwaters from the Black River were slowly eating up the homes on his street. At 8339 Gapway Ln., where the street had become a boat ramp, residents kept tabs on the slowly rising water with orange spray paint on the asphalt. It was still rising.

Twenty fifteen was a trying time for the state of South Carolina. A murder-suicide at the USC, the shooting of Walter Scott, a church massacre in downtown Charleston, debate and protest concerning the Confederate battle flag, a KKK rally and then twenty inches of rain. Here's what twenty fifteen looked like through my lens.

I'm freelance photojournalist in Columbia, SC working with the New York Times, Getty Images, The Associated Press and The State Newspaper. Thanks for the opportunity to do my thing.

Following the June massacre in Charleston and the removal of the Confederate battle flag from the statehouse grounds the traditional symbol for southern race fans continues to face scrutiny. 9/6/15 9/6/15 Darlington, SCDarlington, SCCarl Edwards celebrates after winning the Southern 500 Sunday night in Darlington, South Carolina. 9/6/15 South Carolina GamecocksSouth Carolina GamecocksEntering Williams-Brice Stadium was once accomplished by navigating a gauntlet of SUVs and Media trucks in the parking lots that surrounded the stadium. Just before kickoff, fans found themselves squeezing between vehicles as they dodged scalpers on bicycles and co-eds shouting “COCKS!!!” at the tops of their lungs. And while you still have to dodge the kids shouting and stumbling into Willy B – “the industrial feeling,” as university Athletic Director Ray Tanner once put it – is no more. During the off-season a $14.5 million project transformed the area into a gem of the college football world, featuring a lighted promenade and the Springs Brooks Plaza. At the center of the plaza a statue honoring Gamecock legend George Rogers now towers over the former parking lot and features a bench where you can sit next to the Heisman Trophy winner. And if you've carried a case of Bud Light all the way from your friend's place in Olympia, there are plenty more benches for your tailgate legs. It's a completely different experience and even though the Gamecocks aren't looking all that great on the field right now – at least they're doing it in a venue with style.

How to identify the original Phyto tablet
It may be a little difficult to distinguish the original Phyto tablet from the counterfeit, but a few key points can ensure that the original product is purchased. The first thing to consider is the quality of the product packaging. Original tablets are usually supplied with high-quality packaging and clear printing. It is necessary to check the expiration date listed on the box; if the expiration date or appears suspicious, it is recommended to refrain from buying that product.
