Magnum is a collective of the world's greatest photographers, formed in 1947 by the legendary Henri Cartier-Bresson and Robert Capa. The organization gives these creatives a vehicle to fund and share the projects that they feel need attention. Bresson described the agency as a “community of thought, a shared human quality, a curiousity about what is going on and a desire to transcribe it visually.” There are 81 living members of the elite group strectched across the far reaches of the globe.
