On Saturday afternoon I climbed on top of a "party bus" in the area known as College Park at the 2015 Carolina Cup in Camden, SC. Complete with a rooftop deck, a one zillion foot tall bamboo flag pole, and stripper pole on the inside it provided me with a great workout in previsualization. As the music pumped through the stereo, the bus swayed and a group of college coeds professed it was time to get off the capsizing pirate ship. I played the scenario out in my head. How I was about to get some really amazing photos, the likelihood of getting severely injured and the best escape route - depending on which way the bus tipped over and how my camera would hit me in the head and knock me out on the way down. Unfortunately, it stayed on all it's wheels. Here are some photos that didn't make it into publication for my assignment for the Sunday edition of The State Newspaper.
