Welcome back. If you've been following along with the narrative, we're about a third of the way through 2014 and picking back up at the annual Mardi Gras Festival held at City Roots near the Owen's Field Airport. If not, feel free to rewind to the beginning of 2014. This is about the time frame I left my last bartending shift at NBT, hurling F-Bombs like napalm at three in the morning. It smelled something like Cool Ranch Doritos.

Right after we made the photos above at the Jam Room, some friends and I from the Soda City wandered out to Austin, Texas for festivities at SXSW. More than a week later on a Friday afternoon, we left the Lone Star State and snuck back into Columbia just before St. Patrick's Day was warming up in Five Points. I was successfully party hopping on a grand scale at that moment. And then Minus the Bear played.
